went in there tonight, at about 9,30 pm 18 ,2 2017 ordered my usual drink of vodka soda lots of ice slice if lime in a large glass, The new bar server gave me a small glass no ice single vodka, I asked for large lots of ice large glass, he gave me large glass , small amount of ice, I asked for more he gave me a little more so I asked for lots, then said I can't get more in the glass. he then went to put lime cordial, I stopped him no slice lime and soda, then he asked how much coke, I said no just soda,
I gave him a twenty pound note, he gave me change of £4,90 I said the cost is £4,25 and I gave him £20, he just called the manager, who took out the till to count it, doubting my word, first he refunded the over charging , after about 10 minutes he counted the till , refunded my 10 pounds, said it was the barmans first shift. but at no time did he say the magic words of SORRY
