Terrible letting agents
Had a terrible sewage smell which was coming from next door which was rented from them.
3 weeks after my neighbour contacted them they finally sent a plumber to investigate the smell.
He found the shower waste pipe was broken and there was 4 inches of water laying under th floor with loads of small flies.
They only responded when environmental health from Bexley Council got involved.
