Very disappointed they came to fit my son's bedroom blind on Saturday but once fitted even though they had correct measurements it was 2 slats short. The fitter apologised for the error and promised to come back on Tuesday to replace the missing slats. I took half a days holiday to make sure I was home for the 4 _4.30 time slot arranged but he never showed I rang his mobile but no answer even sent a text message still no response at over £200 for one blind I expected a better service. Will update if they ever come to put it right. A very disappointed Mr Freeman
