Shaolin Temple Academy Bexley

Shaolin Temple Academy teaches martial arts in Bexleyheath. Shaolin Temple Academy has been established in 2008, with over a decade worth of coaching and mentoring local students within the community from novice beginners to cultivating them into UK, European and International Champions representing Great Britain.

They’re proud to be a National Award Winning Martial Arts school winning the UK’s title as ‘The Best Combat Zone Gym of the Year 2016 -2017 & 2017 - 2018’ awarded by the National Fitness Awards. They’re a School of Excellence and they are dedicated to the practise of Chinese Martial Arts and Chinese culture.

Shaolin Temple Academy are experienced in training and coaching children from the age of 4 years old to adults up to 70 years old. They have taken inflexible students who couldn’t bend to touch their knees, being able to get into the splits and high kick.

They have also worked with the Stroke Association, helping stroke survivors to move with the power of Tai Chi. They have performed for the Dorchester Hotel, the Hackney Empire, worked with Arsenal football team, been featured in a hip hop music video,

The Academy specialises in a range of Chinese Martial Arts that is beneficial to children and adults such as Shaolin Gong Fu, Tai Ji, Soft & Hard Qi Gong (Iron Body Conditioning), Qin Na (Joint Locking), Shaolin Weapons, Shaolin Gymnastics and San Da (Chinese Boxing).
