I booked my app at 11.30, they told me on the phone to come into the salon to "negotiate price" as I was getting shellac on my hands AND feet as well as a pedicure (£52 is a bit dear) so I did. They didn't negotiate so I opted for pedicure and normal polish. They huffed and puffed when they were taking my varnish off (from previous hence why I wanted it again) when I asked if I could have a pedi and asked about the price. Then they never even bothered to offer me tea, everyone else did. They did a really quick job and Tilly/Lilly I can't remember (late 20s/early 30s) had the audacity to say "you need to tell me what you want because we have other appointments and if you're a walk in...", Erm I wasn't a walk in? I was booked for 11.30, not my fault you're incapable of doing your own job. Then when I was finished, I said thank you goodbye..I got ignored completely. So rude. I'm fuming,
