Went for a 'outside only' (express) wash @£6. Was happy to see no queue, well I was the only customer during the whole stay. They seemed to be in a rush though. Quick soap and jet wash, clearly not paying attention to any windscreen stains. They cleaned it after I pointed out. There was soap in between the door and frame. When I asked them to give it a quick wipe, they said that I would need to pay more to get that wiped or I could 'do it myself'. Shocked, I told them that they should've been careful and since they put it there they should clean it. His response "Is this the first time you've come to a car wash?". Anyway, I turned up the stubbornness up one notch and got him to clean it, swearing never to go back again.
