I attended a Emergency First aid Course today with this company. This was lead by Simon. The company were very friendly and the course was delivered well. The content was made interesting with a sharing of experiences both from the instructor and the group. The delivery through projection, apps, power points, handouts, discussion, work sheets, interaction, and practical exercises using various apparatus and equipment was pacy and the day passed quickly. Simon had an assistant who helped us by allowing us to practise various manoeuvres. A manoeuvre I had not been able to practise on previous courses was enabled by an ingenious device and some of us learnt just how difficult the Heimlich manoeuvre can be. Simon was patient and went through it several times until we had all mastered this correctly. There were four of us in my group and we all learnt what we needed to and enjoyed the experience at the same time. I highly recommend this company to you. Julie
