Avoid this car dealer like he has the plague, very unprofessional, lies to customers and appalling customer service, he owes us a key for a volvo that we brought 6 months ago and is constantly lying and won't meet his responsibility. Avoid, Avoid Avoid!

Awful service, awful car and awful man!!!
Car was fine at first, joe Chaks said he would give us 6 month guarantee which we never received and when we rung him about a problem with the car he put the phone down on us every single time!!!
He brought our old car off us which needed scrapping but he sold it on with obviously a fake mot!
Horrible man who is pressuring and a fake!
Never buy a car here!!!

We were happy with the service that was provided by Joe, he was willing to Part Exchange my old 1995 Corsa which I thought I would not get anything for. I noticed a few minor interior problems after purchasing the new car, which when I took it back Joe rectified.
I would have given 4 stars but there were a few scratches that Joe had said he would sort out, but never did, the petrol was also on the red when I took it for a test drive and Joe said he would top it up for when I picked it up to drive home, however as I pulled away it was still on red,
I would recommend a visit to Joe Chaks.
